OUR SERVICES
Basic Services
Includes Schematic Design (sketches to determine the appropriate spatial organization), Design Development (in depth enrichment of the design by fine-tuning spaces and specifying materials and products), and Construction Documents (production of a drawing set that can be used by a contractor to build the design).
Programming Assistance
Involves helping the client determine their spatial and functional needs for an upcoming project.
Construction Administration
Involves on-site visits during construction as necessary to observe the contractor's work and ensure that the Construction Documents are being followed, including spatial requirements, materials and products, and workmanship.
Design Consulting
Hourly involvement in which the principal can field questions on any one of the many topics that come with a design project - spatial sequencing & quality, materials & products, general structure, codes & filing, contractors & bidding, dispute resolution, etc.
Model Building
Reform Studios can provide physical or digital models for study or presentation.
As-built Drawings
Reform Studios can provide accurate drawing of existing structures, and will need to do so on most renovation projects.
